The villa is on two levels, and covers an area of 136 square metres, with a garden on the ground floor of about 100 square metres. The terrace on the solar pavement is equipped for lunches and dinners, with barbecue, pizza oven and typical Salento bread.

In the centre of Santa Maria di Leuca, all commercial activities are present, including schools and banks, as well as bars and restaurants. This marina is inhabited all year round.
SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA is the extreme point of Salento where the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea meet. It was founded in the mid-1800s with its Arab-style villas, built by local nobles. It offers an important and well-equipped tourist port, where you can take a boat, or visit the hundreds of caves scattered along the coast.
Or, you can take a boat in two hours to the Greek islands of Phanos (Othoni) with its beautiful Calypso beach, and Corfu.
