The colonnaded portico offers an enchanting view of the vineyards, while the inner courtyard, embellished with a stone fountain, evokes an atmosphere of times gone by.
The main house covers approximately 364 square metres and, on the ground floor, accommodates a refined living area consisting of a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. On the upper floor, the sleeping area accommodates three large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, as well as a wardrobe room and a laundry room.
A second building is dedicated to welcoming guests and tasting the wines produced on the estate, with direct access to the modern wine cellar that still preserves the ancient underground cavity, the ’infernot". The interiors captivate with traditional vaulted ceilings and an industrial kitchen to support accommodation activities. On the upper floor is an independent flat of 130 square metres.
The third structure of the estate houses two further flats, on two levels, of 120 square metres and 86 square metres respectively, both with independent entrances.

The property covers a total of 13.3 hectares, comprising 8,000 square metres of gardens, 4.5 hectares of organic vineyards, 0.9 hectares cultivated with over 300 IGP Piedmont hazelnut plants, a 7,000 square metre lake, and 3.4 hectares of woods and orchards. All this is set in a landscape context of great value, dedicated to the protection of biodiversity and environmental protection.
