The estate, which originally belonged to one of Tuscany's most noble families in the 18th century, consists of three main buildings. The 765-square-metre villa, spread over three levels, perfectly reflects the 18th-century architecture. The ground floor houses a large living room, billiard room, bedrooms and bathrooms, while the first floor offers a double living room, further bedrooms and bathrooms. The top level features a spacious habitable attic with a wood-burning oven, while the basement contains a 250 sqm cellar.
