Description

Baroque church built in 1711 and now deconsecrated, transformed into an authentic cultural and residential investment.

It is located in the hillside village of Nocchi, a hamlet of the municipality of Camaiore, along the ancient route of the Via Francigena and only a few minutes from the Versilia coast. The building, in perfect condition, covers 86 square metres characterised by significant heights and very bright rooms thanks to large windows and Gothic stained glass windows. The nave is decorated with Baroque trompe-l'oeil and allegorical frescoes by the 18th-century painter Pietro Paolo Scorsini, who also painted the frescoes in Palazzo Pfanner in Lucca.
