The architecture of the villa is extraordinarily elegant, with harmonious decoration and proportions perfectly integrated into the urban context of Via dello Splendore. The two-storey main front is embellished by a dramatic entrance staircase with a marble balustrade. On the rear side, facing the sea, the slope of the land has allowed for the construction of four levels, with a large portico supported by octagonal pillars, surmounted by a suggestive panoramic terrace with wrought iron balustrade.

The interior of the residence is of rare beauty and artistic value. Polychrome stained-glass windows, a dramatic marble staircase with several flights, hand-crafted wrought-iron railings, refined stuccoes, frescoes, Venetian floors and marble mosaics enrich every room, giving the extraordinary feeling of being in a place where art is the protagonist. Paintings and sculptures are found everywhere, testifying to the historical value of the residence.

The entire complex, including the main villa and the annexe, underwent a major conservative restoration. The intervention preserved the original architectural and decorative elements, including capitals and bas-reliefs of the façades, and ensured complete structural consolidation, including the re-roofing with technologically advanced materials. Some of the rooms in the mansard, ground floor and outbuilding have been renovated and can be completed with customisable finishes.

All installations - thermal, water, sewage, electrical and safety - were built from scratch in compliance with current regulations. As part of the restoration, the main building was divided into three independent units, connected by common areas and served by a modern lift. Each unit is completely autonomous in terms of access, appliances, utilities and services, and is also available for sale individually.
