The ancient villa with park, located among the picturesque hills of Noci and a short distance from the town centre, is a farm complex of ancient origins, transformed in the second half of the 19th century into a prestigious noble residence.
The villa is on two levels, with ten large rooms on the ground floor, served by accessories and services, distributed around a large central hall, from which a monumental staircase leads to the upper floor and the private chapel, also accessible from the inside.
The first floor leads to a large hallway that connects the lounge and living room, from which six bedrooms branch off with direct views of the park through windows, balconies or private terraces. The interiors of the villa are characterised by fine grit floors with inserts of pink powder and stone, which lend the room a timeless elegance.
On the second floor is an imposing tower, built in the first half of the 20th century. A staircase leads up to the highest point of the villa, where there are rooms used as storerooms and ancient dovecotes, with access to a terrace offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding villages, the vast garden and the territory stretching as far as Mt.
The complex is set in 13 hectares of parkland, with wide valleys surrounding the villa on three sides: east, west and south. In addition to the main residence, the park contains several secondary buildings, including stables, trulli and an old, disused cold greenhouse. The main avenue, lined with imposing pine trees, leads to the villa, while the minor avenues are lined with numerous tree species, including holm oaks, cypresses, eucalyptus, plane trees and laurels.
Of particular note is the dry-stone wall, decorated with wrought-iron balconies and rock fragments, which give the property an additional element of charm and uniqueness.
