At the time of the renovation, the owners built a new, elegant driveway paved in stone cubes with iron railings and free-standing light fixtures, which for 250 m. connects the access from the state road to the Villa and the Dependance.
THE MAIN VILLA
The total and complete renovation manifested itself in a special attention to the choice of quality finishes and materials for a result of elegance and refinement.
The floors are in Carrara marble and wood inlaid with geometric profiles, the bathrooms with ceramics and special accessories, plaster walls and ceilings with mouldings that accommodate lighting fixtures, underfloor heating with solar panel integration.
