The hut is located in Sagna Longa, in the Monti della Luna, in the Via Lattea ski area. Surrounded by greenery, it makes it possible to go out on skis or snowshoes in winter and to reach small lakes on foot via paths.
The chalet fits perfectly into its mountain setting, thanks to the materials used, wood and stone, and has a modern, atmospheric interior. It is located 300 metres from the arrival of the Sagna Longa chairlift and the Hotel Restaurant La Baita della Luna.
In winter it can be reached by ski or snowmobile, in summer by car. It measures 125 square metres in commercial terms, with a 9 square metre terrace and a snowmobile box/porch, also 9 square metres in size, plus another 15 square metre terrace. Surrounding the house is a 1207 sq m plot of land.
It is currently divided into two units.
The first on the ground floor, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, utility room, storage room, hallway with washbasin and large bathroom, porch, snowmobile garage, land/courtyard.
The second on the first floor, comprising living room with kitchenette, bedroom, hallway with washbasin, bathroom and terrace; second floor/loft: bedroom.
Built with a green perspective, it is equipped with:
